Apple iPhone 7 Info about "Cameras" "Portrait Mode" "Wide Gamut Color"

Apple iPhone 7 Cameras:

7 iPhones, including the smallest 4.7-inch model now include Optical Image Stabilization (OIS) for wide-angle rear mounting 12 megapixels, f / 1.8 and 4K video camera. This means that components can stay open longer in low light conditions and produce better photos and more vivid videos - sometimes where old cameras or other devices would have produced nothing at all. This is great for when you are in a room with little light or night.

To avoid any aberration that may result from further opening, Apple has added a sixth curved element to the lens package. In this way, it is not only the center of the image that looks great, but the whole image. And, again, it makes the photos and videos that are ridiculously good. It's so good that it's hard to think they come from the phones.

When an extra boost is needed, flash now has four LEDs. You can blink of time as well, to make even better, more natural flash pictures. Well, as much as possible for all flash ....

Both devices also offer a new front camera 7 megapixels and 1080p. This is f / 2.2, but uses technologies such as insulation deep trench to ensure that the colors are as clean as possible. And it's great because autofotos, like iPhones, are now the mainstream, and it's time that Apple has begun paying for both the optics approach before as they were.

The larger iPhone is not going to give up its optical board right away, though. Instead, it's dual: iPhone 7 Plus now has a dual camera system. Beside the 28mm wide-angle lens is a new 56mm telephoto lens. It is also 12 megapixels, but f / 2.8 and, unfortunately, there was no space inside for Apple to block a second stabilization system.

This means that it is not so useful in low light situations, but this is not how Apple positioning anyway. Instead of just dropping two lenses on you and letting you understand, Apple merges together into a single camera system. The details of the implementation are abstract, and all you have to do is aim, maybe tap and shoot.

Under normal circumstances, the camera extracts data from two lenses and uses it for the best hybrid image it can. This involves billions of calculations in the image signal processor (ISP) behind the scenes, but nothing that the user has to worry about. You see something you want to photograph, you take out your iPhone and take it, and the camera system is doing everything possible to give you a complete picture in a wide range of circumstances that can.

Then there is the new zoom. Press the 2x viewfinder button and under normal or better lighting conditions, the camera will switch to the telephoto lens, giving it a very good quality optical zoom. Thanks to a very smart new interface, optimized thumb, you can also quickly drag to a 10x digital zoom. Up to 5 times looks surprisingly good. 10 times it seems that a maximum digital zoom is expected.

Because it is actually 56mm telephoto capture less than the plot, it also maintains a much more natural perspective. I came out in 2x and use it like I would a 50mm not so fast, and I enjoyed it tremendously. I am allowed to keep a distance, but in the same time period more closely than I could with any previous iPhone camera. It is very convenient for remote shooting with the World center track.

For complete manual control, App Store applications can access each camera separately and even extract RAW data directly from sensors and store them in Adobe's DNG (Digital Negative).

At the end of this year, there will also be a portrait. With it, the camera will use two lenses to create a depth map. Then apply a fuzzy effect and give you a simulated version of this excellent shallow depth of field "bokeh" seen in luxury cameras with quick lenses.

These types of ongoing changes, including security updates, are always free for each client, in each region, on each carrier, while at the same time, and is an important part of the iPhone's value. Like the latest version of iOS on the last phone, and the current date updates and the day in the next few years.

On the contrary, however, it is a shame mode portrait only comes in a future update. It leaves the two lens system feels like a work in progress - since it was meant to be much more ambitious and powerful than Apple managed for its delivery at launch. Far beyond optical zoom and fake keh, the potential is enormous. Apple has just realized it.
